Hotel Information
Symporg has made reservations for participants at special rates in several hotels. To benefit from these rates, please return your registration form to Symporg, congress secretariat, as soon as possible, indicating your preferred hotel and a second choice should your first choice not be available. However, Symporg reserves the right to book you in a similar hotel should your preferred hotels be fully booked.
Please book your hotel accommodation no later than April 21, 2008. After this date, we cannot guarantee the availability of rooms.
All visitors staying at a hotel, youth hostel or camping in Geneva can benefit from the Geneva Transport Card, with no additional cost.
This personal and non-transferable pass is established upon the visitor’s check-in in the hotel, youth hostel or camping of his (her) choice, enabling its holder to use of the entire public transportation network without restriction (bus, train and boat), with validity for the entire duration of his (her) stay including the departure day.
A real asset to visit the smallest of big capital cities in the respect of sustainable development!

Confirmation:
Once payment of the congress fees has been done and a valid credit card number has been given as a guarantee for the hotel, a confirmation letter will be sent to the delegate via e-mail.
Hotel cancellation, deposit refund and no-show:
Any cancellation must be made in writing to Symporg SA.
For cancellations received prior to April 20, 2008 the hotel deposit will be refunded less booking fee. As of April 21, 2008 no refunds will be made (in case of payment by money order or bank transfer), one night will be charged to your credit card (in case of payment by credit card) by Symporg SA. Please be aware that in case of no-show the hotel will charge your credit card for one night or in some cases for the entire stay depending on the hotel's policy.
No-Show, changes and early departure:
Once your reservations have been made, any changes are based on availability. Please note: Failure to arrive at the hotel on the scheduled arrival date will be charged with a no-show fee of one night's room rate. Based on each hotel's policy, early departure fees may also be assessed in case of early departure. If such fees occur, they will be charged by the hotel and not by Symporg.
