Symporg SA has made reservations for participants in several hotels. Please register for your hotel accommodation as soon as possible, indicating the hotel of your choice as well as second choice, should the first not be available. Modifications must be communicated in writing to Symporg SA. Placement will be based on your identified choices compared to room availability. If none of your choices are available, Symporg SA will select another hotel in the same category.

Please book your hotel accommodation no later than April 21, 2008. After this date, we cannot guarantee the availability of rooms. For the location of the hotels see our map.

Confirmation:
Once your payment of the first night deposit has been paid or a valid credit card number has been given as a guarantee for the hotel, a confirmation letter will be sent to the delegate via e-mail.

Hotel cancellation, deposit refund and no-show:
Any cancellation must be made in writing to Symporg SA. For cancellations received prior to April 21, 2008 the hotel deposit will be refunded. As of April 22, 2008 no refunds will be made in case of payment by money order or bank transfer, or one night will be charged to your credit card (in case of payment by credit card) by Symporg SA, and please be aware that some hotels will charge for the entire stay depending on the hotel's policy.

No-Show, changes and early departure:
Once your reservations have been made, any changes are based on availability. Please note: Failure to arrive at the hotel on the scheduled arrival date will be charged with a no-show fee of one night's room rate (or in some cases for the entire stay depending on the hotel's policy). Based on each hotel's policy, early departure fees may also be assessed in case of early departure. If these fees occur, they will be charged by the hotel and not by Symporg SA.
